Refund policy

Returns (if applicable)

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your qualifying item to request a return. 

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide original receipt or proof of purchase. 

All sales are final on Gift Cards and Sale Items. No Exceptions.

Additional NON-RETURNABLE items may include, but not limited to:
Sealed Product, Sports Cards (Raw or Graded), TCG Cards (Raw or Graded), Group Breaks, any and all Sports Card Products are final sales.

Damages and issues

Please notify us immediately if your package is damaged upon receipt. Please do not open the carton to inspect the contents if you suspect that damage has been done to the items inside. We cannot accept a return due to damage if the item has been opened, even if the damage was incurred during transit.

Please notify us if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Lost or stolen shipments with shipping status "Delivered" are not the responsibility of Marzcardz LLC. No refunds will be provided if the shipping status shows that the package was "Delivered". These claims should be handled through your local delivery services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FEDEX).

Condition of Cards 

Marzcardz LLC is not responsible for manufacturer or production errors. This includes cards damaged during production as well as a lower-than-stated number of inserts or hits. These issues will need to be brought to the attention of the product's manufacturer instead. Buyback products that are not graded can have flaws as well, we do not guarantee any grade and/or condition.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain item sales are final and cannot be returned, such as but not limited to, Sealed Product, Sports Cards (Raw or Graded), TCG Cards (Raw or Graded), Group Breaks, any and all Sports Card Products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We'll let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank for an update. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received your refund please contact us at marzcardzshop@gmail.com.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs when returning approved items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times may vary based on location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Marzcardz LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen products.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes.
